- Have a track record of profitability and EBITDA of $2 million to $5 million
- Have a sustainable competitive advantage that mitigates profit-eroding competition
- Companies willing to sell minority or majority ownership positions
- Expansion or growth capital, Acquisition, or Diversification - enable owners and operators to realize some or all of the value that they have created
- Long term investment horizon
